Job Title: *Registered Nurse *Shift Schedule: Full-Time, 3:00pm-11:00am x 5 nights Sunday-Thursday Pay: $36.05 - $41.10/hour (based on experience) Location: *Malvern, PA *Job Description: The Registered Nurse will make a positive impact on the lives of young people experiencing acute psychiatric crises, contributing to their growth, development, and overall well-being. Responsibilities: * Provide direct nursing care to children and adolescents in an inpatient psychiatric setting. * Administer medication and follow doctors' orders. * Educate patients on topics such as sex education, suicidal behaviors, symptom management, and self-control. * Develop initial care plans and assist with discharge planning. * Foster a safe and compassionate environment for patients in crisis. Qualifications: * Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing * BSN preferred. * Active RN license required; Must be licensed to practice in Pennsylvania. * At least one year of post-education nursing experience preferred. * Experience working with individuals with cognitive, behavioral, or medically complex conditions is a plus. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data collection and analysis software, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. * Must maintain a valid driver's license. * Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
