Key ***** Software ***** Utilize HHA Exchange Software daily. Patient Data ***** Enter and verify patient information in E-Pace for accuracy. Insurance & ***** Handle major insurances, obtain necessary authorizations from MLTC, and address any denials or discrepancies. Billing & ***** Submit accurate patient information, resolve pre-billing issues, and monitor daily attendance, Medicaid eligibility, and discharged cases. ***** Maintain effective communication across departments to ensure smooth processing of patient cases. Additional ***** Perform other related duties as necessary. ***** High school diploma or equivalent (required). ***** Minimum of one year in an office environment (required). ***** Strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and keen attention to detail.
