We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) to join our client's team on a part-time basis. This role involves providing comprehensive outpatient primary care and OB/GYN services to the patients during evening shifts, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in women's health, excellent clinical skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care. Key Responsibilities: * Provide primary care and gynecological services to female patients, including well-woman exams, contraceptive counseling, and prenatal and postpartum care. * Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions related to women's health. * Conduct patient assessments, obtain medical histories, and perform physical examinations. * Educate patients on preventive care, family planning, and health maintenance. * Offer counseling on lifestyle changes, nutrition, and exercise to promote overall health and well-being. * Address patient concerns and provide guidance on managing symptoms and treatment plans. * Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. * Coordinate referrals to specialists and community resources as needed. * Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements. * Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures. * Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits. Requirements: * Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing with a specialization in Women's Health. * Current and valid WHNP license in NY. * Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in women's health, primary care, or OB/GYN settings. * Strong clinical skills in women's health and primary care. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
