Massage Therapist

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about promoting health and wellness through therapeutic massage techniques. Duties - Perform various massage techniques including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and acute pain management - Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate massage treatments - Utilize knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to enhance massage sessions - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in a med spa setting to provide comprehensive care - Provide occupational health massages for clients as needed Requirements - Certification or licensure as a Massage Therapist - Proficiency in trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, and patient assessment - Experience in a med spa or healthcare environment is preferred - Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and physical examinations - Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team - Willingness to continuously learn and improve massage techniques About **** We are a wellness and longevity center opening in Old Greenwich this December!
