Job SummaryThe primary role of a SLED Account Manager is the pursuit, development, and closure of strategic, traditional, and transformational SLED opportunities within the geography.***Must live within a commutable distance to customer locations in New Jersey and Delaware.ResponsibilitiesLeadership of overall account strategy for the pursuit of both traditional and transformational opportunitiesAccount planning with core account teams, incorporating overall account strategy, identification of transformational pursuits, stakeholder mapping, and stakeholder pursuit strategyPursue and develop relationships with customer stakeholders, including C-level executivesDevelop, pursue, and close strategictraditional, and transformational sales opportunitiesBuild and maintain relationships with key partnersSupport formal RFPs - functioning as the business lead for solution development, pricing & strategyMeet or exceed semiannual sales goalsMaintainan understanding of competitive market positioning relative to NetApp solutionsEducation and Qualifications5+ years Account Management experience in a relevant industry with large SLED, commercial, or enterprise customersStorage experience, strong partner relati5onships in the territory, and strong knowledge of the territory are requiredAbility to work independently and solve customer-facing problemsAbility to convey information clearly and provide analysis as needed to help customer make buying decisionsTrack record of successful solution sellingStrong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)Compensation:The target salary range for this position is$228,000 - $278,000. The salary offered will be determined by the candidates location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. The range is based on On Target Earnings (OTE) representing the total potential earnings, which is the sum of the base salary and potential commission earned when performance targets are achieved. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSUs). These offerings are subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
