LPN Licensed Practical Nurse - Home Care

Compass Healthcare Consulting & Placement is conducting a search for our client an established healthcare provider servicing the elderly. Our client is seeking an experienced Home Care LPN, Licensed Practical Nurse to work making patient visits, caring for patients enrolled within a Certified Home Healthcare Agency Program. Qualified LPNs will have prior clinical nursing experience including providing insulin injections, wound care and other bedside nursing skills. Visit areas available in Westchester County, Rockland County or Putnam County, NY. Must be a NYS Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN Must have one year experience working in a clinical nursing Setting Familiar with Home Health Care visits and assessments Ability to comply with Department of Health Rules and Regulations Home Care and In-service knowledge and experience preferred Must be timely, organized and compassionate Must enjoy working with geriatric patients Must communicate well and be a team player Competitive Salary and Benefits.
