Our client is looking for a Product Manager for a Direct Hire role in Warren, NJ.Responsibilities: Transfers market or customer demands into specifications for new products and servicesProvides R&D teams precise and high-quality project orders for product development which can be transferred efficiently into Technologies and Products fulfilling market requirementsInitiates, leads and/or supervises product development initiativesPrepares and executes product launches globally in a structured and professional manner, ensures product availabilityImplements and maintains an effective product life cycle management and evaluates COGS and Gross Margin of respective products and initiates appropriate measuresLeads product-focused sales promotion initiatives, at customer sites and exhibitions in close collaboration with Market ManagementProvides sales support material (product presentations, selling guides, product flyers and catalogues, product samples and display material)Requirements:Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Physics or similar field requiredMinimum 5 years of industry related experience requiredMinimum 3 years of product management experience requiredProduct know-how in the field of high frequency and microwave technologies requiredMinimum of 15% travel
