Commercial Lines Account Executive

Brown & Brown has an exciting opportunity available for a Property Casualty Account Executive for our Commercial Lines team in Garden City, NJ!WHAT YOU'LL DO:Work with Commercial Lines Leader and Producers to ensure completion of all renewals, including meeting attendance.Manage renewal process in obtaining, directly or indirectly, quotes and claims experience from various carriers.Conduct and assemble in draft and final form all accurate marketing proposals.Handle a diverse range of insurance products in the Commercial Lines arena.Daily contact with insurance carriers.Manage inquiries and complaints regarding carrier claims resolution and act as liaison on behalf of assigned accounts to intervene with delays in claim processing.Investigate research and provide timely responses to all clients.Assisting Producers with any new business calls and implementation of new business for newly assigned accounts as a resource.Attend all departmental service meetings.Assist with training of new Producers and Group marketing Representatives.Pursue a program of personal and professional development.Support training, development and mentorship of team.WHAT YOU'LL NEED:Bachelors Degree is preferred but not required5+ years functioning in Commercial Lines department at an agency or company level is preferred.Must have extensive computer knowledge in a Windows environment, utilizing Microsoft Office Suite.NY Property & Casualty Producer License required.WHAT WE OFFER:Excellent growth and advancement opportunitiesCompetitive pay based on experienceDiscretionary Time OffGenerous benefits package: health, dental, vision, 401(k), and many additional benefitsEmployee Stock Purchase PlanSalary Range $100,000 to $140,000 annually
