We foster a collaborative and creative environment where teamwork drives success, and were always looking for passionate individuals to join us in shaping the future of fashion.About the Role:The Product Development Associate is responsible for leading the development of new products by managing the flow of information across Design, Sourcing, and overseas agents throughout the product development cycle. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that product development remains on schedule and meets all quality standards. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally to facilitate seamless communication and efficient coordination between all teams.Responsibilities:Prepare and manage seasonal product development tech packages.Oversee product approvals and manage tasks related to trims development.Coordinate approval processes for lab dips, fabrics, prototypes, and graphic art embellishments.Act as the primary communication liaison between the design team, overseas offices, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.Collaborate with design to review sales samples and update Blue Cherry with accurate style production details.Review and approve pre-production samples to ensure product quality and design accuracy.Maintain and organize both digital and physical files for all product development packages, lab dips, and shade bands.Coordinate and track the shipment of sales and TOP samples.Adhere to line development calendar deadlines to ensure timely seasonal development.Ensure accuracy of product lifecycle management (PLM) status through updates in Smartsheets and dashboards.Assist the Senior Product Manager and Product Development Specialist with tasks related to Wholesale and Direct-to-School needs, including: Applying heat transfer logos to garments and preparing presentation packages for schools.Uploading files (DST, PXF, PNG, color sequences) into SharePoint for sewout.Reviewing Radials sewout and forwarding it for sales or school approval.Updating SharePoint upon final approval and organizing all digital and physical submissions.Saving artwork in the Toast drive for future reference.Assisting in product quality testing.Reviewing HubSpot for custom product needs in the Direct-to-School program.Qualifications:3+ years of experience in product development or a related creative field. A BA degree or equivalent work experience in product development, fashion design, or related areas.Required Skills:Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively.Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.Creative problem solver with a strong attention to detail.Proven ability to deliver results within tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.Preferred Skills:N/APay range and compensation package:55k - 75k base salaryEqual Opportunity Statement:Include a statement on commitment to diversity and inclusivity.
