Project Manager, Manufacturing Capital Projects

We value and offer an environment of passion, accountability, cooperation, and high moral standards.In this position, you will partner with a team of professionals to complete projects and achieve results.The principal responsibilities are as follows:Working knowledge of Project Management in a Machine Manufacturing environment.Proven success in managing large Capital Projects - requiredLeading a cross-functional team of individuals in completing projects timely.Creating and communicating project timelines.Delegating tasks and holding the team accountable.Ability to make effective decisions.Strong communication skills both verbal and written.Ability to manage budgets to adhere to cost and deadlines.Experience & Skills:Bachelors degree in Business Management or equivalent work experienceProject Management Professional certification preferredMinimum 5 years experience working in a Machine Manufacturing environment.5+ years' project management experience within a manufacturing environment required.Highly organized with a strong attention to detail, clarity, accuracy, and conciseness.
