Our client, a large ecommerce company is looking for a remote Creative Resource Manager for an ongoing contract position. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the allocation of creative resources across multiple teams and projects. You will lead and facilitate leadership meetings, capacity meetings, and decision-making meetings related to hiring and budget planning. Your primary focus will be to ensure that teams are properly allocated, and workloads are balanced, identifying areas of over-allocation and implementing solutions. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and must be comfortable communicating with leadership to support decision-making and project planning. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver who takes full ownership of their work and can operate independently to ensure efficient and effective resource management. This is a remote contract position working any US time zone and will be an ongoing contract.Responsibilities:Lead and facilitate leadership, capacity, and decision-making meetings, focusing on hiring needs and budget planning.Assess team capacity and identify areas of over-allocation or imbalance, developing and implementing strategies to optimize workloads.Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to ensure resource allocation aligns with project priorities and business objectives.Take ownership of problem-solving and provide solutions for resource-related challenges.Monitor and manage project timelines, ensuring teams are appropriately staffed to meet deadlines and deliverables.Maintain and update resource management tools and systems, ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date.Communicate regularly with team leads and project managers to gain insights into project requirements and resource needs.Prepare reports and provide recommendations to senior leadership on resource planning, allocation, and budget management.Support decision-making processes by analyzing data and presenting findings on team capacity, project timelines, and resource utilization.Develop and implement processes and best practices for resource management to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Qualifications:10-15 years of proven experience in resource management within a creative or marketing environment.Strong experience leading and facilitating leadership meetings, capacity meetings, and decision-making meetings.Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of work and problem-solving.Comfortable working with senior-level stakeholders and communicating effectively.Experience in analyzing data, managing budgets, and making strategic recommendations.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Proficiency in using resource management tools and software.Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.The Solomon Page DistinctionSolomon Page offers a comprehensive benefit program for hourly employees.
