With decades of experience and a portfolio of successful projects, this company is known for its commitment to excellence, innovation, and employee development.Job ResponsibilitiesAs an Assistant Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Project Manager in all phases of construction projects. Your responsibilities will include:Assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish.Collaborating with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.Monitoring project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.Preparing and maintaining project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.Conducting site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.Identifying and resolving project-related issues and conflicts promptly.Participating in project meetings and providing regular updates to the Project Manager and senior management.Supporting the procurement process, including sourcing materials and managing vendor relationships.Assisting with change order management and project closeout procedures.Skill RequirementsTo be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in construction project management or a similar role.Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.Detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset.Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.Benefits PackageOur client offers a competitive benefits package designed to attract and retain top talent, including:Salary of $80,000 - $90,000 + performance-based bonuses.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) plan with company match.Generous paid time off (PTO) and holiday schedule.Professional development opportunities and continuing education support.Employee wellness programs.Company-sponsored events and team-building activities.Opportunities for career advancement within the organization.
