Commercial Lease AdministratorA very successful Manhattan based owner and manager of a sophisticated portfolio of commercial office and retail properties is seeking a Commercial Lease Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity within a highly successful and profitable company. Offering excellent health benefits, 401k with match and perks.Responsibilities:Review lease abstracts and amendments and ensure accurate entry into Yardi software. Maintain Yardi database with critical dates and financial requirements.Ensure all lease-related transactions (monthly rent, insurance and common area charges) are reviewed and properly recorded.Track critical dates as it relates to the lease related clauses and landlord deadlines.Draft letters, legal notices, substantial completion/lease commencement and estoppel certificates.Prepare CAM billing letters to Tenants.Perform input of annual operating budget for each property and update rent roll.Review variance reports and provide explanation narratives.Ensure tenants' lease compliance (Use, Insurance, Maintenance, etc.).Update and review operations statements, rent rolls, arrears reports and other ad-hoc property reports.Maintain Tenant lease files and assist with various projects as required.Requirements:3 plus years of commercial property lease administration experience.Yardi software experience preferred.Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.Must be comfortable working within a dynamic, changing and challenging environment where everyone "does it all".Compensation: $90,000 - $105,000 plus bonus, benefits, and other perks.The above salary range represents Advices good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible base compensation range at the time of posting and is not reflective of the total compensation package, which may also include benefits, equity and other non-cash incentives.Please send your resume for immediate consideration to:nlipari@If you are not currently interested, but know someone who might be, please feel free to forward this ad along to that individual.
