A nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering racially, ethnically, and gender-diverse students to thrive academically and professionally in the real estate, infrastructure, hospitality, and senior living sectors is hiring a Program Coordinator.You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing various projects, coordinating activities, managing schedules, and ensuring that program objectives are met on time and within budget. You will work closely with the program team maintaining effective communication and addressing any issues that may arise. Additionally, you may be involved in tracking program progress, reporting outcomes, and assisting with budget management to support the programs overall success.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents for the program team.Schedule program events and meetings utilizing Microsoft Outlook and Teams.Track correspondence with corporate partners in Bloomerang and assist program managers with related tasks.Communicates and documents details of all donations to the program team to set up successful delivery of the program including student recruitment, training and development, corporate involvement opportunities, and student events.Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through promptly. Provide weekly updates.Support fundraising workstream as needed. Deliver timely and effective follow-up in various forms to prospects and donors, which could include generating customized fundraising proposals.Generates timely contact reports in the prospect database following prospect and donor visits. Approves and distributes fundraising documents such as gift agreements, gift acknowledgments, and corporate agreements utilizing DocuSign.Manage donor timelines such as submitting grant applications and pledge reminders.Support University Program Manager in managing relationships with top universities to update them on program and student achievements and to seek follow-thru on key aspects of the letter of intent such as distribution of scholarships.Tracks spending for quarterly budget reporting.Ideal ExperienceBachelors degree with 3-5 years of corporate or non-profit experience.Experience in administrative, development, alumni relations, marketing, public relations, sales, or similar professional work is preferred.CRM and DocuSign experience are a plus.
