We believe in the power of our talented teams and strive to create environments where employees find purpose and fulfillment.What you'll do:The Analyst, Compliance Investigations is responsible for performing compliance reviews, handling of hotline calls, data extraction and other processes, and for collaborating closely with the AVP Compliance Investigations and the Director Compliance Operations to promote a culture of compliance Company-wide.This is a hybrid position with flexible remote and onsite days at our Brentwood, TN office.Responsibilities:To perform this job, an individual must perform each essential function satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation.Support the distribution, investigation and resolution of all hotline calls/complaints receivedSupport and assure the quality, thoroughness and timely completion of investigations led by members of HSC Compliance and facility Compliance Professionals.Produce and analyze reports of investigations to identify and highlight trends or systematic concerns.Incident management system administrator responsible for template and report development, system troubleshooting, system subject matter expert and optimization.Incident management system new user orientation and education, system support for facility end-users.Routine support of vendor relationships.Support enterprise-wide Compliance activities to promote the seven (7) elements of a Compliance Program.Prepare and present quarterly Ethics and Compliance Officer (ECO) call presentations.The Analyst shall maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding all work matters, and fully comply with all legal and ethical obligations, the Company Code of Conduct.Regular and reliable attendance.· Perform other duties as assigned.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:Position serves both internal co-workers and external customers, clients, patients, contractors, and vendors.Access to and/or works with sensitive and/or confidential information.Exhibit a basic understanding healthcare regulatory and compliance. Skilled in the application of policies and procedures. Knowledge of Business Office Standards and Recommended Practices.What you'll need:EDUCATION: Bachelors Degree preferably in Healthcare Administration or Data Analytics, or equivalent experience.EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 2 years' related experience required.
