We are leaders in building what's next because we see the path to get there and we're setting a new standard of exceptional along the way.Let's build together!Key FunctionsCollaborate with Contract Administration and Workforce Development to track, measure, report and evaluate vendor diversity goal contractual obligationPartner with Estimating, Project Managers and Sourcing Executives to ensure successful execution of diversity goals by assisting with diverse supplier identification for sourcing and other opportunitiesIdentify and attend vendor/supplier sources and fairs to ensure a diverse vendor poolConduct online research and site visitsManage, review and respond to inquiries from various channels, including procurement supplier diversity portalWork with Marketing & Communications to maintain and update supplier diversity contentIdentify qualified, prospective small and diverse suppliers and facilitates introductory discussions with Procurement colleaguesCollaborate with the Contract Administration and Workforce Development to onboard suppliers and conduct post project assessmentIdentify industry best practices in supplier diversity programs and recommend appropriate practices to continuously evolve Supplier Diversity programDevelop relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure understanding of and engagement with supplier diversity initiativesWork with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute supplier support programs including education, training, mentoring and networkingParticipate in supplier development activities with national and local small and diverse supplier councilsParticipate in supplier diversity panels and workshops, trainings, workgroups, strategic planning sessions and other group projects as necessaryDesired QualificationsMinimum 4 years experience in Supplier or Workforce Development in government, private or public sectorExperience with government reportingExcellent interpersonal skillsCandidate must have good analytical skillsAbility to work in working in an entrepreneurial, fast paced, growing environmentHave strong project management and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and to prioritize work assignmentsWork effectively with a diverse workforceWHY HAUGLAND?At Haugland Group, our benefits are designed to convey company culture and values which has employees at its forefront.Benefits package including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, short/long term disability and life insurance401k with 5% employer matchPotential for annual performance-based raisePaid Time OffPaid company observed holidaysEducational and professional advancement opportunitiesFrequent company-sponsored eventsRelaxed, friendly officeFast paced, exciting environmentThe compensation range for this role is 70-90k.Haugland Group LLC and its operating divisions, affiliates, related entities, and subsidiaries (collectively, "the Company") do not accept unsolicited resumes from search firms or employment agencies.
