If you're looking for the tools, resources, and freedom to build a great future, please contact us today!Minimum Requirements:Experience with Brokerage and Life Insurance accounts, preferredInsurance License or Securities License, preferredExperience with processing important, detailed paperwork, specifically with Investment and insurance applications and transfers, preferredAbility to work on the phone with business partners and clientsIntermediate to advanced computer skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to demonstrate persistence to achieve qualityExcellent communication; both verbal and writtenStrong follow-throughSelf-directed initiativeProcess drivenResponsibilities:Putting client needs first is deeply rooted in our culture and at the core of everything we do. In providing excellent client service, you will:Prioritize day to day tasks and issuesAssist clients with completing all forms needed when forwarded to insurance/security agenciesComplete and process all applications for business submitted by agentsMaintain database programsRespond to client inquiries as needed, being the liaison between SWAN team and clientsResolve client concerns in a timely fashion and with creative problem-solving to provide the ultimate client experienceFollow-up on pending business with companies and clientsCompleting conference call with carriers and clientsConduct regular touch point calls with clients to follow-up during onboarding processAdditional duties and responsibilities as required by managementSalary:$24.04 - 26.44/ hourBenefits:Healthcare8% 401(k) vested at 90 days15 days PTO from start8 paid holidays per yearHours:Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pmPresented by Advisor Employee Services Thank you for your interest in the New Business Administrator role.
