We are looking for a talentedUX/UI Designer who can bring their design expertise to craft seamless, intuitive user interfaces. In this role, you will work closely with developers, strategists, and stakeholders to design engaging digital experiences that improve user satisfaction and increase conversions.Key Responsibilities:UX/UI Design:Develop user-centric designs, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, ensuring the designs align with both business goals and user needs.Wireframing & Prototyping: Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes to map out user flows and interface layouts, ensuring an optimal user experience.User Research: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project goals, perform user research, and translate insights into design solutions.Design Systems & Style Guides:Maintain consistency across digital products by developing and adhering to design systems and style guides.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers and other team members to ensure that designs are accurately implemented and function well across different platforms and devices.Usability Testing: Conduct or assist with usability testing to gather feedback on designs, iterating based on insights.Visual Design: Develop high-quality visual designs, ensuring that all elements of the user interface reflect both branding and the desired user experience.Required Skills:UX/UI Design: Strong experience in designing intuitive, user-friendly digital interfaces. Proven ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.User-Centered Design: Expertise in conducting user research and applying those insights to improve user experience.Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma for wireframing and prototyping.
