This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a dynamic and rewarding environment.If you're ready to take the next step in your career, apply today!Shift: 1stPay: $20-$25/HRBenefits: Medical, Dental, Life, Vacation Pay, Holiday PayJob Purpose: The Staffing Coordinator achieves staffing objectives by recruiting,screening, evaluating and on-boarding qualified job candidates for specificjob descriptions based on the client requirements/need.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:â— Consulting with client hiring managers to thoroughly understand the clientsneeds.â— Developing creative sourcing strategies and leveraging resources to recruit highcaliber candidates through online social networking, job boards, communityinvolvement, professional networking, and local media resources.â— Recruiting, onboarding, training, overseeing and retaining the best talent in themarket.â— Interviewing and assessing candidates' qualifications through a combination ofbehavioral interviews and competency based evaluations.â— Developing a network of ready to work candidates to meet the current andanticipated needs of our clients.â— Facilitating interviews between the candidate and client, including candidatepreparation and client brief. Conducting debrief with candidate and customerfollowing interviews.â— Developing long term relationships with temporary employees while onassignment, providing career coaching, and when required disciplinary actions.â— Conduct Quality Control call with Client and new employee at the end of the firstday of assignment. Gather feedback from employee to help us better preparenew employees for placement at that Client site, and ascertain whether theplacement is a good fit.â— Maintains and updates thorough, accurate, and compliant documentation ofemployee interactions via telephone, via Tempworks software, time andattendance system and/or via email with client when necessary.â— Immediately elevate to Branch Manager and Human Resources any employeerelation concerns (including harassment claims, discrimination claims, disabilityclaims, incident reports, etc.).â— Work closely with employees to ensure they adhere to our policies andprocedures.â— Coordinate with the Branch Manager to perform new employee check ins,conduct safety walks or attend Client meetings at our Client sites.â— Implementation and support of the safety programs implemented by the SafetyDirector.â— Serve as a resource to employees for answering general benefit questions.Assist with open enrollment process.â— Track compliance through all facets of onboarding (application, pre screens, paysetup, etc.) as well as ensuring employee pay accuracy on an ongoing basis.â— Administer exit interviews, monitor findings, recommend changes to BranchManager and evaluate effectiveness of newly implemented processes.â— Conduct new employee orientation.â— Other duties as assigned.Minimum Requirements:â— One year experience in the Staffing industry preferred.â— Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred with the ability to read, write, and speakboth languages.â— Must have proficient problem solving, organizational, interpersonal and motivationalskills.â— Strong computer skills required; intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Officesuite products and Google products (Drive, Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc.) preferredâ— Must be able to interact with all levels of management.â— Good organizational skillsâ— The ability to stay organized and prioritize multiple tasks without compromisingquality or service.â— Must have the ability to learn new software and navigate the internet with ease.â— The ability to work independently as well as on a team.â— A positive attitude and team player mentality.â— A strong work ethic motivated by results.â— Able to adhere to strict deadlines.â— Strong sense of initiative and urgency.â— Ability to identify situations that require input/ support for Upper Management,including Human Resources, Safety, Area Manager, etc.â— Able to work in a fast-paced environment and work long hours as needed.
