If you have a passion for sales, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to contribute to our growth, we want to hear from you!Position ** As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and establishing ESPO Corporation as a premier staffing partner nationwide. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and driving revenue growth.Key *Prospecting and Lead *Identify and target potential clients through market research, cold calls, networking, and industry events. Understand the staffing needs and challenges faced by potential clients. Client *Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers. Conduct in-depth needs assessments to tailor staffing solutions. Solution *Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals showcasing ESPOs services. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized staffing solutions. Sales Process *Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and opportunities in the CRM system. Achieve Sales *Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets and KPIs. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement. Market *Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape. Use insights to adapt strategies and identify new growth opportunities. ****Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven track record in new business development and B2B sales, preferably in staffing or recruitment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
