You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets while providing exceptional customer service and expertise in the field of fencing.Responsibilities:- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through market research, referrals, and networking. Generate and qualify leads to build a robust pipeline of opportunities.- Consultative Sales: Understand the unique needs of each commercial client and recommend appropriate fencing solutions. Provide expert guidance on materials, design, and installation options.- Proposal Development: Prepare detailed and customized proposals that address the specific requirements and budget constraints of each client. Clearly communicate the value proposition of our fencing products and services.- Negotiation: Collaborate with clients to negotiate terms, pricing, and contract agreements. Work to overcome objections and close sales effectively.- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Ensure client satisfaction and seek opportunities for upselling or repeat business.- Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and local market conditions. Share insights with the team to help refine our product and service offerings.- Project Coordination: Liaise between clients and our installation teams to ensure smooth project execution. Coordinate site visits and inspections as needed.- Sales Reporting: Report sales to Sales Manager and attend sales meetings.Experience:- Minimum 1 year of commercial construction estimating or project management experience.- Must have plan reading knowledge.- Must have experience in material takeoffs.- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field.- Strong ability to analyze sales performance data and identify areas for improvement.- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals effectively.- Outstanding customer service skills with a customer-centric approach.- Familiarity with account management practices and strategies.- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM tools is preferred.- Fluency in Spanish is a plus, but not required.Join our team today and embark on a rewarding career in sales where your contributions will drive our companys success!Job Type: Full-timePay: Salary base with commission $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per yearBenefits:- Paid time off- Compensation Package: - Bonus opportunities - Commission pay - Yearly bonusSchedule:- 8-hour shift- Day shift- Monday to Friday- No nightsWork Location: In person
