MATH ENRICHMENT TEACHERWhat We're Looking ForWe are seeking talented, driven Math Teachers with a passion for education. Teachers can expect to guide students ranging from grades 4 to 12. Strong aptitude for teaching in group, as well as one-on-one settings. Paid training and orientation provided.Part-time and full-time positions are available but all employees will start part-time. Whether you're an educator or a team player eager to help us grow, we have a spot for you!What we offer● Flexible Schedule - We offer part-time hours for busy schedules.● Professional Growth - Gain teaching experience and kickstart your career growth.● Paid Training- Teach with confidence using our innovative educational methods.● Paid Prep Hours- Prep work is done on-site - no grading to take home.● No Hassle Structured Curriculum- We provide all resources and tools you will need to succeedAbout the Role:Responsibilities● Understand and learn MEK Curriculum standards● Prepare and implement teaching strategies, assess student progress toward mastery● Hone key math concepts, critical thinking, and problem-solving strategies to succeed in both admissions testing and AP exams● Lead and manage efficient classes and sessions in group or one-on-one settings, ● Work with students to perfect analytical skills and practice problem solving habits to produce stronger test scores and faster problem solving ability● Create a lively learning experience through MEK Curriculum, strategic instruction and effective use of teaching tools and platforms● Have a team player mindset, with an enthusiasm for coordinating efforts with fellow teachers● Develop rapport with, motivate, and inspire students toward excellence in their learning experienceEducation and Experience● Have a four-year degree in Mathematics or related subject● 1+ years of teaching or tutoring experience preferred● Strong organization, prioritization, written, and verbal communication skills
