Job ***** Associate Attorney***** Defense Law Firm, Missouri. Preference for those also licensed in Illinois***** 2-10 yearsJob **We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Associate Attorney to join our defense law firm. The successful candidate should be licensed to practice law in Missouri, with a preference for those also licensed in Illinois. They should possess a sound knowledge within one or more of the ** business litigation, governmental entities litigation, appellate practices, construction law, employment law, personal injury law, wrongful death, school law, and insurance law.**Represent clients in a range of litigation matters, including business disputes, governmental entities litigation, appellate practices, construction issues, employment conflicts, personal injury cases, wrongful deaths, school-related issues, and insurance law-related cases.Draft and review legal documents, such as depositions, pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses.Effectively argue motions and conduct trials.Provide legal advice to clients and consult on legal implications of various decisions and strategies.Continually update knowledge on relevant laws, legal articles and legal codes.Collaborate with a team of attorneys and legal professionals to maintain a coherent and strategic approach in all cases.Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and understanding their needs.Billable ** 1800+**Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.2-10 years of experience in a defense law firm is required.Must be licensed to practice law in Missouri.
