In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting our advisors and their teams with the daily operational needs of our fee-based advisory services. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited about optimizing processes and collaborating with multiple stakeholders, we want to hear from you!Key **Collaborate with Advisors: Partner with advisors and their teams to facilitate the opening and maintenance of fee-based advisory accounts, ensuring smooth client billing and advisor compensation processes.Account Setup and Support: Work closely with custodians and third-party asset managers to manage account setup, funding, and ongoing maintenance.Monitor and Review Accounts: Ensure timely investment of assets, fee-billing, and the disbursement of funds by actively reviewing and monitoring fee-based accounts.Billing Coordination: Act as a liaison with external billing teams and the Finance Department to resolve all billing-related matters.Trading Support: Collaborate with the Trading Services team and asset managers to address trading inquiries and reconcile trade corrections as needed.Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with various home office teams to provide comprehensive support for the firms advisor-directed advisory program.Driven and Team-Oriented: Energetic, results-focused, and eager to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.Multitasking & Adaptability: Ability to handle multiple tasks with urgency, while continuously learning and improving.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and patiently.Problem-Solving: Strong client service skills with a knack for resolving operational challenges.Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required; previous experience with Orion is a plus.Education & **3+ years of fee-based investment advisory experience.Familiarity with SEC and FINRA regulations is essential.Licenses & ****Series 7, 63, and/or 66 licenses, or willingness to obtain.If you are passionate about providing operational support in the financial services industry and are looking for a role that offers growth and collaboration, apply today!
