Job Description The Director of IPU Solutions is responsible for leading the development and delivery of innovative solutions built on our IPU platform to meet the needs of customers IPU deployments. Primary focus in on Cloud Service Providers market segment. This includes overseeing the ideation, design, development, and implementation of new solutions, as well as managing the team of engineers and developers responsible for bringing these solutions to life. The Director of Solutions Development must have a deep understanding of the IPU platform and its target use cases, as well as the customer base and their deployment scenarios. They must also be able to think strategically and develop creative solutions to complex problems. Additionally, the Director of IPU Solutions must be a strong leader and communicator, able to motivate and inspire their team to achieve their goals. Responsibilities include: Develop and implement the IPU solutions strategy Oversee the ideation, design, development, and implementation of new solutions Manage the team of engineers and developers responsible for developing and delivering solutions Work with customers to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs Collaborate with other teams, such as CTO/SDK/business/sales, to ensure that solutions are aligned with the overall business goals Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends in the solutions development field Qualifications To be successful in this role, the candidate must have the following skills and qualifications: Masters degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field 5+ years of experience in solutions development, with a focus on innovative solutions 2+ years of experience in managing a team of engineers and developers Strong technical skills and knowledge of the latest technologies and trends in cloud computing Excellent leadership and communication skills Inside this Business Group The Network & Edge Group brings together our network connectivity and edge into a business unit chartered to drive technology end to end product leadership. Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $189,000.00-$301,820.00 *Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience Working Model This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs. Position of Trust This role is a Position of Trust.
