In this role youll support Benefit Plans leadership (plan and program managers) with the coordination and execution of plan and program management activities to meet the changing needs of Wespaths plan sponsors and participants, which may include development of strategy, plan and program enhancements, communications, metrics and plan related processes and procedures. We believe the person who will thrive in this role:Has extensive defined contribution plan experience.Is skilled at using tools like Excel to analyze data problems.Is comfortable being part of a team or leading a team.Has a focus on customer satisfaction.Sr. Benefit Plans Analyst - Retirement Services Compensation and Benefits Include:The compensation range for this position is $97,078 - $107,865 with a bonus opportunity and customary benefits.
