Director of Residences for Ultra High Net Worth Client Based in Greenwich, Connecticut (with travel to New York City, Palm Beach, and Aspen properties)$200-$250k + benefits Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Director of Residences to manage and oversee multiple luxury properties for an Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) client. The Director of Residences will be primarily based in Greenwich, Connecticut, and will be responsible for the meticulous management and maintenance of the clients four homes, which are located in Greenwich, New York City, Palm Beach, and Aspen. This role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented individual with a strong background in both private home management and hospitality. The ideal candidate will be proactive in maintaining the highest standards of service, safety, and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities: Property Management: Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of four luxury properties:Greenwich, Connecticut: 11,000 sq. ft.New York City townhouse, West Village: 12,000 sq. ft.Palm Beach home: 12,000 sq. ft. (currently) and 28,000 sq. ft. (under renovation)Aspen home: 17,000 sq. ft.Ensure all properties are maintained to the highest standards, coordinating routine and preventative maintenance, repairs, and renovations as needed.Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of approximately 15 staff members across multiple properties.Oversee the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of household staff, ensuring high levels of service and professionalism.Coordinate schedules and assignments, fostering a positive and productive work environment.Event Management: Assist with the planning and execution of events, ensuring seamless service and coordination across all properties.Liaise with event planners, vendors, and household staff to ensure successful events and gatherings.Budgeting and Financial Management: Manage budgets for property maintenance, renovations, staff salaries, and events.Track and report expenses, providing regular financial updates to the family office.Travel and Coordination: Travel as needed to each property to ensure consistent management and oversight.Coordinate travel and logistics for the client and their guests as required.Technology and Systems Management: Utilize databases and software, including Excel and PowerPoint, for scheduling, budgeting, and reporting purposes.Ensure all systems are up to date and efficiently managed.Communication and Reporting: Maintain regular communication with the client and the family office to provide updates on property status, staff performance, and upcoming events.Prepare detailed reports on property operations, maintenance, and financial performance.Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience in managing luxury private residences or estates, preferably for UHNW clients.Background in hospitality or luxury hotel management is highly desirable.Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.Strong leadership and team management experience.Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.Willingness to travel regularly and work flexible hours as needed.Benefits: Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses $200-$250k.Health insurance, retirement plan, and other benefits.Opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
