This role will collaborate with several departments to oversee technical training needs. By creating programs to meet the plants goals, you will help achieve strategic objectives.**Evaluate training and development needs through interviews, focus groups, and discussions with department SMEs and managersRecommend, design, organize, plan, and deliver various types of technical and skills training for employeesCollaborate closely with department SMEs to understand the technical elements of roles and processes and develop LMS modulesDeliver training and development programs in multiple formatsCommunicate updates to the training curriculum and processes to plant management and employeesAdministrate training softwareOwn the organization and set up of training content and reporting Research training and development resources outside of the learning system currently in place Take part in the corporate training team to standardize leadership across the organization Work closely with human resources to implement apprenticeship programsManage execution of required regulator and annual compliance training Evaluate program effectiveness utilizing feedback and surveys **1-3+ years of training experience in a manufacturing environment1+ year of experience in human resources Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Training & Development or related field CPG training experience preferred Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (or related software)Familiar with designing courses in an LMS Interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work with diverse backgrounds with a wide range of peopleExperience designing and implementing effective employee development programs
