SummaryThe Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full cycle recruiting for the business support roles (non-Game Presenter) at Evolution in the US. This position will be a point-of-contact for hiring managers and will implement effective talent acquisition plans to select top talent for open positions.ResponsibilitiesBe fully involved in the recruitment lifecycle by sourcing talent via the various mediums we useTo liaise with assigned hiring managers within the company to reach talent acquisition goalsBuilding and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders involved in the hiring process Fill assigned positions within specified timeframes as set forth by managerCarry out all tasks within the talent acquisition processTracking and using key metrics to drive continuous improvements regarding recruitment decisions and the quality of hiresScreening of incoming CV's from different sourcesSetting up and attending recruitment meetings and interviewsCoordinating onboarding activities as needed for internal transfers and newcomersUpdating the internal systemsTo take responsibility to suggest and then implement any ideas or improvements specifics for the recruitment teamTo push forward attraction and talent selection conceptsBuild and maintain candidate pipelines to assist in succession planning effortsTake responsibility to finish duties, be it in or outside of working hoursMaintain the company's employer brand, participate in job fairs, and contribute to the overall talent acquisition strategy.Qualification Requirements and CompetencesExcellent English language proficiency2 to 4 years of full cycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboardingExperience working with senior management roles Very good understanding and use of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)Experience using social media and other techniques for recruitment and business developmentAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
