Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for planning, organizing and supervising the maintenance team, repair of the facility and equipment. Duties and **Supervises and performs repairs/construction, preventive maintenance, etc. for the purpose of ensuring completion within established time frames, project design and budget.Inspects repair work, projects, equipment, work orders, daily maintenance, and supplies for the purpose of ensuring that jobs are completed efficiently.Monitors fund balances of assigned programs and related financial activity for the purpose of ensuring that expenses are within budget limits and/or fiscal practices are followed.Performs personnel functions (e.g. interviewing, evaluating, supervising, etc.) for the purpose of maintaining adequate staffing, enhancing productivity of personnel, and achieving objectives within budget.Presents information for the purpose of communicating information, gaining feedback, and ensuring adherence to established internal controls.Recommends new hires, promotions, termination, and transfers for the purpose of maintaining staffing needs and productivity of the work force.Perform routine inspections of the work environment and facility to ensure regulatory compliance and adhere to GMP's, HACCP, and SSOP plans. Education and **Five to seven years of related work experience. 2-year college or industrial technical training/vocational schooling preferred.Equipment manufacturer certification or equivalent a plus. Work well under pressure. Knowledge of and proficiency in all OSHA and local requirements related to all assigned work. Electrical experience and/or license a plus. Knowledge of CPU's, PLC's and controls a plus. Experience in commercial building maintenance and repairs. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.For immediate consideration please submit your resume.
