Developer experience is NOT necessary, but a good understanding of code is required. This is the top tier of support, experience in incident management is required.As a Senior Application Support Engineer you will play a critical role in ensuring the operational efficiency, stability, and availability of complex application systems. You will contribute significantly to operational success, refine your expertise in incident management and DevOps, and leave a lasting impact on the delivery of inventive solutions.Key Responsibilities:Utilize incident management processes, application monitoring metrics, and tooling to generate reports and take corrective actions.Understand complex application systems and debug business-impacting issues.Follow standards and best practices to bring operational efficiencies, stability, and availability to the system.Leverage continuous delivery practices to evolve, support, and deliver high-quality software, providing value to end customers.Work collaboratively in value-driven teams to build innovative customer experiences.Leverage knowledge of logging techniques for alerting, monitoring, and identifying the root cause of incidents.Efficiently use DevOps tools and practices to deploy and run software.Mentor less experienced peers through technical knowledge and leadership skills.Requirements:Strong background in software engineering, system administration, networking, and cloud technologies.Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts to business users.Proven ability to solve complex problems.Extensive experience with Java (developer experience not required, but a good understanding of code is essential).Excellent oral and written communication, analytical, and time management skills.Familiarity with Agile processes and experience as a Scrum Master.Ability to define requirements and manage waterfall/agile frameworks for complex business needs.Demonstrated experience with industry best practices and an understanding of different technologies.Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.Ability to effectively interact with and influence diverse groups of associates.Proven ability to understand strategic business requirements and translate them into technology solutions. know more about current opportunities at LeadStack , please visit us on Should you have any questions, feel free to call me on (513) 318-4502 or send an email on waseem.ahmad@
