Job DescriptionJob ***** Equipment Procurement CoordinatorFLSA ***** Non-Exempt SUMMARY OF ***** Responsible for supporting the Equipment Procurement Manager in corporate purchasing functions and management of equipment data and reporting.ESSENTIAL ***** Assists with vehicle/equipment purchase preparationCreate and issue purchase orders for equipmentReview invoices and statements for accuracyTrack and document pertinent data, purchase timelines, and prepare corresponding reportsDocument Specifications created by INTREN for Equipment and Tooling using Adobe.Document Intren Procurement proceduresDocument Intren Up-fit proceduresUses analytical tools and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvementTracks and assists with disposal of assets from INTREN.Auditing vendor spending and regional procurement representative's compliance with corporate policiesCompletes other duties as assigned by supervisorDESIRED MINIMUM ***** High school degree or equivalent. Some college preferred.Effective analysis/problem-solving and decision making.Proficient in Microsoft programs including Word and Excel.Experience with Vista/Viewpoint or similar ERP system preferred.Basic understanding of construction vehicles and equipment preferred.Must be highly organized, able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet varying deadlines.Experience in Procurement or Accounting environment preferred.Excellent customer service skills.Intren is an equal opportunity employer.
