We strive to maintain high standards of quality and innovation by collaborating with strategic partners around the world.At Brandart, we believe in the importance of enhancing the talent and promoting the professional growth of our employees by providing a stimulating and inclusive work environment where everyone has the opportunity to shine and contribute to the success of the company.To support our growth we are seeking an Operations Specialist for our New York office.Key Responsabilities:Order Management/Customer CareActas key point of contact for customers, providing total order management, includingorder receipt, order entry (on SAP), order confirmation, order tracking, pricingverification, data stewardship, late order notifications, and timely invoicingCreate new customer accounts in SAPCreate Bill-to account in SAP for new accountsCreate and manage Ship-to destinations in SAP for new or current accountsMonitor open orders report to ensuring all orders ship & invoice on timeProvide administrative support for open order tracking, scheduled and custom reporting, and inquiries on sales ordersCross functional communication with the planning & buying teams for updates regarding forecasts for new and existing clientsWeekly touch bases with customers to understand operational needsEnsure all customers are set up operational successEscalate customer feedback to management and identify areas of improvementSystems ManagementSAP transactions: delivery notes, packing lists and stock analysis.Management of web-based portals for existing customers including, data verification, creation of price lists, and correct customer informationProvide monthly data analysis to customers, utilizing SAP and customer portals to create reporting templatesLogistics Ensure timely delivery of goods, communicating urgencies in advance to 3PL partnersBasic knowledge of SLA times for all major distribution partners and carriersProvide HBL, AWB, PL and shipping documents to customers and internal teamsDaily communication with internal Logistics team, assisting with customer inquiries and seamless delivery of purchase ordersRequest all documents related to customer shipmentsUpdates regarding customs clearance of goodsETA/ETD of shipments, including unforeseen delaysRequest air/vessel quotes for customers to Logistics contacts and/or 3PL partnersSales Administrative SupportPartner with Sales team, providing operational support on new and re order itemsDaily communication with account executives providing reporting, order inquiries and customer successCollaborate with the sales assistants providing customer knowledge and needsCompetencies and skills requiredBachelor's Degree in a related field such as finance, business, supply chain, international business, sales,or marketing1-3 years of experience in a similar roleKnowledge in luxury and/or packaging industriesProblem solving and critical thinking skills with demonstrated prioritization, planning and analytical skills.Self-motivated, extremelyorganized, able to multi-task, and can interact and workswell with a teamExcellent communication skills and organizational skillsData Entry accuracyMust work well under pressure and perform within time demands.Excellent English, Spanish or Italian would be a plusExcellent knowledge of Officeand e-mails; IT experience and ability to handle electronic data, ERP and Sap environmentCustomer focused with experience working with people at all levelsThe hiring range for this position ranges from $K60 to $K75. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience.
