Affiliated Monitoring is one of the largest providers of Burglary, Fire and Life Safety alarm monitoring services in North America.We are currently hiring a Technical Operations Analyst to join our team. In this dynamic role, youll work on optimizing our alarm processing systems. Youll collaborate with our Technology, Support, and Alarm Monitoring teams to build and maintain workflows and automated processes for unique customer needs and develop clear procedures for smooth operations.By supporting our automation platforms, youll directly influence our ability to improve processes and launch innovative features.
