We believe in owning tomorrow, achieved by a mindset of Grow Fearlessly.** Responsibility and accountability in supporting paid social performance marketing efforts of the agency's clients, report out on campaign findings and opportunities, help to optimize campaigns and drive departmental campaign initiatives while leading and coaching broader social team.CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:In charge of development and implementation of client strategic social initiatives Work across paid social marketing management platforms ** Meta Business, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and othersPlan and build social strategic initiatives within above platformsVerify and execute campaigns (including paid social accounts, analytics, etc.)Monitor campaigns and ensure metrics are tracking properly, including pacing and budget adjustmentsCommunicate out on results and recommendations across teams to improve campaignsDirectly communicate with clients on campaign performance, opportunities, and strategic initiativesWork with internal team to optimize budgets and maximize digital campaign effectiveness through A-B testing, innovative executions, etc.Developing and building presentation decks for client meetingsWork with vendor partners (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.) to optimize campaigns and bring forward best-in-class campaign solutionsCORE **6+ years of social campaign stewardship necessaryAbility and comfort to effectively present information in a one-on-one and/or group setting within the organizationExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrategic thinking skillsAbility to read, comprehend and write instructions, correspondence, and memos.Experience managing a teamKEY PERFORMANCE **Meeting client goals and KPIs through digital performance campaignsOptimizing campaigns and translating results across internal and external clientsDelivering strategic decks outlining digital recommendations and expected resultsDigital campaign quality & deliveryPeer/staff advocacy and education
