Supply Chain SpecialistAbout UsEvergreen Theragnostics, Inc. is a radiopharmaceutical company beginning operations in Springfield, NJ. The state-of-the-art facility provides contract development and manufacturing services for radiopharmaceutical companies, including therapeutics and centrally distributed diagnostics. The company expects rapid growth in the next few years.Evergreen is a small team, where all team members support each other in a variety of activities. We are looking for team members who are motivated to take on new challenges and excited to help build the company. Partial equity-based compensation packages possible.Responsibilities:Assists with supply chain relationships for import of radioactive isotopes from foreign suppliers.Assists with isotope ordering, import clearance, and final delivery to facility.Maintains relationships with couriers for inbound and outbound shipments of material.Coordinates delivery of finished radiopharmaceutical products to clinics and end users.Facilitates final orders of radiopharmaceutical products by CDMO customers via email and/or Evergreen online ordering portal.Creates and maintains transportation documents needed for inbound and outbound shipments of material - including hazardous declarations.Maintains clinical site information by utilizing excel spreadsheets and Evergreen ordering portal.Tracks shipment statuses and communicates all status updates with the end-user and internal team.Maintains strict procedures for receiving and releasing radioactive packages according to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and radiation safety ALARA practices.Assists internal teams with final packaging of radioactive hazardous material.Contributes to general procurement activities for non-radioactive materials.Maintain accurate and comprehensive records in a GDP (Good Documentation Practice) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) environment.Participate in miscellaneous projects and department meetings by providing input, feedback, and execution of assigned tasks.Ensure work environment is clean, safe and in compliance with safety and pharmaceutical regulations.Review data on current inventory levels to identify any shortages or overages.Ensure inventory is correctly stocked and labeled, protecting the integrity of sterile.SOP review, revision and creating for Supply Chain related functionsEducation and Qualifications:High school diploma or GED required.Bachelor's Degree in technical field and prior experience in radiopharmaceuticals preferred.DOT and IATA Hazardous Material Certifications strongly desired.Position requirement- on site daily M-F in our Springfield, NJ facility.Customs Compliance and International Trade Regulation knowledge strongly desired.Strong team-oriented mindset and demonstrates ability to work easily with cross functional teams.Ability to work efficiently and multitask.Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills while working under strict timelines.Ability to convey complex ideas in a simple manner to management and customers.Demonstrated ability to work independently, and to exercise judgement during logistics processes.Fluent in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Project, etc.) and experienced in working in mainly electronic record-keeping environment.Pharmaceutical experience preferred
