We're seeking a General Manager to spearhead growth in Connecticut.Role ***** As the General Manager, you will be instrumental in expanding Jobreels presence across Connecticut. You will work directly with the CEO to shape and execute a sales strategy and go-to-market plan. This is a high-growth role offering equity, where you will leverage your experience to build and scale a marketplace.Key Responsibilities & **Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies for business and job-seeker recruitment. Be scrappy to achieve goals with sales tactics and operational *E.g. conduct door-to-door outreach to build a diverse network of businesses. E.g. Initiate and develop relationships with local universities, government organizations, and hiring agencies to grow the job seeker and business population. E.g. Organize and execute job fairs to connect businesses with job seekers and boost local engagement.Focus on building out the restaurant, retail, and service industries marketplaces in CT.Preferred Skills & *Experience selling directly to customers, building a sales pipeline, and executing. Experience in leadership roles, particularly in high-growth or startup environments.Degree in business or a related field. MBA is a plus, but not required.Expertise in streamlining operations and optimizing processes.Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.Proficiency in data analysis to drive decisions and measure performance.Personal ** Entrepreneurial ***** strong entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to innovate and work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Comfort with rapid change and the ability to pivot strategies as needed.***** Ability to handle the pressures and challenges associated with scaling a disruptive business model.
