Position **As an Associate Human Resources Business Partner of Retail you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Human Resources Manager in all aspects of the Human Resources Department. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining effective and established Human Resources programs, policies and procedures. This role will have heavy emphasis on employee experience including but not limited to onboarding, training coordination, engagement, and employee relations.Assisting in implementing and administering company policiesEnsuring consistency in delivery of Human Resources programs and policiesCoordinating all onboarding programs with retails storesStaying up to date on all federal, state and local laws ensuring compliance in all locationsActing as a liaison between our teammates and the Human Resources Center of Excellences including but not limited to Recruiting, Benefits, Learning & Development etc.Assisting with seasonal recruiting including the J1 recruitment processAssisting with any payroll issues that may ariseAssisting teammates with questions they may have - directing them to the correct department as neededBeing a confidential resource to teammates and manager - escalating employee relations issues as neededCompleting thorough investigations of issues and advising leadership of appropriate solutions etc.Assisting with performance management and talent planningDriving employee engagement within our stores and companywide initiativesProviding project management support as neededPerform other duties as assigned by leadershipOffice - approx. 65F - 70FMonday - Friday Standard business hoursFlexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidaysTravel - required - up to 25% - 19 stores across 6 states - local and overnight for out of state travel** Three (3) years of generalized Human Resources Experience***** Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace etc.**Physical abilities: Ability to stand, walk and sit throughout your day; Walking on a variety of flooring such as carpet, concrete, tile etc;Strong communication * Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with peers and leaders on a daily basisOrganizational * Ability to fulfill executive directions in a timely manner; ability to prioritize and meet deadlinesWorking in a team based ** Working independently and as a team player ***** Maintain integrity and high standards from all perspectivesSafety ***** Maintain and drive safety policies; driving for accountability of safe practices throughout shift
