Our client, a global leader in their space who is in growth mode with a tremendous corporate culture in Mercer County, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A to join the Finance department.Salary/Hourly Rate$110k - $130kPosition OverviewThe Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A will leverage a strong background in both finance and accounting to explore historical data and predict future results. The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for the financial planning and analysis for the company and its subsidiaries. They will be responsible for forecasting future revenue and expenses to determine capital budgeting for potential projects.Responsibilities Of The Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A The Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A will analyze current and past data and provide alternatives/make recommendations to minimize costs and improve overall financial performance Develop and implement financial models; conduct benchmarking and process analysis Preparation of financial reports to make analytical projections The Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A will increase productivity by developing automated accounting applications Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts The Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A will drive significant process improvement along with policy development initiatives to impact their overall functionQualifications For The Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A 3 - 7 years of working experience as a Financial Analyst, specifically in forecasting and budgeting Strong excel skills Strong financial modeling experience Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment and as part of a teamEducation Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting requiredBenefits Medical, dental, and vision 401k 5% bonus As a woman-owned firm, we value diversity.
