As a key member of our firm, you'll provide exceptional client service while managing various aspects of financial planning, including processing ACAT, insurance, and brokerage applications. This role also includes data gathering, investment account maintenance, client report preparation, and meeting scheduling. We understand that each candidate brings unique strengths, so we are open to tailoring the position to fit the best candidate's skill set.** $45,000 - $65,000 per year including bonusesKey **Communicate with clients both verbally and in writing to ensure superior service.Prepare and review paperwork for accuracy, ensuring all signatures, dates, and necessary details are correct.Process annuity and brokerage applications and follow up on transfers, including working directly with carriers.Serve as a liaison between advisors and clients, handling inquiries and troubleshooting issues as needed.Manage client information, prepare reports, and maintain accurate files in our database.Promote client referrals and work collaboratively with financial intermediaries like brokerage firms, accountants, and attorneys.Track and report metrics to monitor progress and success.Qualifications & **Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. CRM experience is a plus.3-5 years of experience working with clients in the financial industry.Previous experience as a brokerage sales assistant is a plus.Series 65 license is a plus.Strong written and verbal communication skills.A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with others.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.Ambitious, with a sense of urgency and initiative.Join us at ASC Financial Group and play a key role in shaping the digital face of the financial landscape.
