Job SummaryThis role is a first level leader, as a working supervisor, that can oversee up to 5 associates in the lower nomenclatures performing a broad ranges of program implementation dutiesï‚· Oversee the performance of vendor(s), both office and field, that have been contracted to deliverprogram servicesï‚· Manage employee performanceï‚· Ensure vendor and employee compliance with safety protocols and practicesï‚· Lead and participate in cross-functional teams, including other RES members, Customer Care,Contracting, Procurement, Legal, Marketing, IT etc, as required to deliver program servicesï‚· Enhance program delivery/customer experience and resolve business/customer issuesï‚· Develop and maintain the processes for implementing energy efficiency projects and programs in accordance with requirements for BPU approved programsï‚· Provide oversight for business controls, process improvement and complianceï‚· Ensure accurate invoice processingï‚· Identify and implement process improvements and automate where possibleï‚· Monitor program Key Performance Indicators to ensure program delivery meets business planexpectationsï‚· Prepare and present program and project status reports to senior managementï‚· Assist with special projects as necessaryï‚· This leader must foster an inclusive work environment and respect all aspects of diversity. Mustdemonstrate and value differences in others' strengths, perspectives, approaches, and personal choicesï‚· During storm restoration efforts, may be required to perform functions outside of routine dutiesand on a schedule that may be different from normal operationsJob Specific QualificationsRequiredB.S. Degree in Management, Engineering, Business, Finance or other relevant field or equivalent work experience plus 7 years of experience in the space of energy efficiency programs, construction, or related fields. In lieu of a degree, 11 years of experience in the space of energy efficiency programs, construction, or related field.Experience managing vendor performance, and leading cross-functional teams; Energy Efficiency or Electric Vehicle program experienceManagement/leadership experience working with cross-functional teamsValid US drivers licenseDesired:Certified Energy Manager (CEM) certificationMBA or Advanced Degree
