Members of our airport operations center team are highly motivated, detail oriented, organized, able to multitask and meet strict deadlines.QualificationsResponsibilities including, but not limited to:Handling all incoming calls to the airport operations centerFollowing established protocol for handling, documenting, and reporting sick calls to operations managementFollowing established protocol for sourcing, confirming, and daily reports of coverage for all vacant postsReporting possible service failures to AOC manager and station manager in a timely fashionMaintaining current contact lists, and employee status or eligibilityCommunicating in a timely fashion any issues or incidents that are reported into the AOC by security officers or supervisorsAssist the team with special projects as neededEnsure all coverage memos are sent in a timely fashion with accurate informationCommunicate in a timely fashion any issues or incidents that are reported into the AOC by security officers or supervisorsAssist the team with special projects as neededQualifications:Exceptional oral and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, SharepointPrevious Aviation or call center experience is preferred but not requiredMust be legally authorized to work in the United States and have IDs needed to verify
