Mission of the Position: The Director of Human Resources & Administration will report directly to the founders of the organization. The mission of the role is to manage the entire HR and Administration function both in the department and across the organization. This position will oversee a small HR team accountable for all of the HR functions (benefits, training and development, recruiting, etc) and the Administration manager to ensure efficient office operations. Key Criteria/RequirementsIn addition to leading the HR and Administration functions and team, a successful candidate will be able to nurture the culture of a dynamic and fast growing organization. A successful Director will be able to manage the external candidate pipeline for the organization while developing internal talent to meet projected growth expectations. This role requires both leadership and OWNERSHIP of results by an HR leader with a proven track record. Key Criteria:8+ years of Human Resources experience at a high-performing organization, minimum of5 year's experience at the Sr. Manager/Director level.A proud high performer with the demonstrated ability to uphold high-performancestandards across a team and subsequently across the organization.Proven leadership of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation and benefit practices, employee relations, career path design and development,performance management, legal and compliance issues as well as employee relations to include hr investigations. Proven experience successfully recruiting a growing team and owning a full cycle recruiting process in a growing organization.Experience working in a successful scale-up company and comfortable with its more dynamic working environment and higher level of ambiguityStrong relationship management across internal departments and throughout theorganization.Ability to build an employee brand presence online to support the recruitment of "A"players who will help our organization scale and grow.Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organization's goals and strategyrelated to staffing, recruiting, and retention. Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes and training,initiatives to support the organization's human resource compliance and strategy needs.Conducts research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports andmetrics from the organization's human resource information system (HRIS) and/or talentmanagement system.Monitors and ensures the organization's compliance with Federal, State, And Localemployment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; Reviews andmodifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologiesIn human resources, talent management, and employment law; applies this knowledge tocommunicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to the executive team.Preferred criteria and qualifications:Undergraduate degree in from a highly distinguished university or liberal arts collegeMasters degree in HR related or business related field or MBA degreeStrong written communication skills, spreadsheet skills, and experience working with technical systems both HR related and otherwiseBenefits :Pioneer's comprehensive support for employees encompasses various aspects of well-being through different life and career stages.
