This role is essential for driving membership engagement and providing top-notch administrative and customer support.Job Description:The Membership Services Coordinator will play a key role in managing and enhancing the membership program. This includes processing membership applications, maintaining accurate records, and handling inquiries. The coordinator will also work closely with various departments to plan and execute membership campaigns and events, ensuring a seamless experience for members and guests.Key Responsibilities:Process membership applications and paymentsEnsure completeness and accuracy of membership applicationsSend welcome letters, invoices, and receiptsDevelop and manage strategies for membership and volunteer programsCollaborate with the Marketing team on membership campaignsMaintain and update membership databaseCreate engaging membership opportunities and benefitsTrain staff on membership promotion techniquesCoordinate and manage membership events and promotionsAct as a liaison between the museum and the Women's BoardOversee volunteer coordination related to membershipProvide membership trends and projections reportsCollaborate with museum leadership and staff to integrate membership into overall strategiesPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:Proficiency with computersExperience in non-profit organizationsPrevious membership management experienceStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to handle high-energy situations effectivelyAdaptability to new responsibilitiesAdditional Details:100% onsite, Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturdays for events (with a day off during the week)Business casual dress codeContract-to-hire opportunity40 hours per week (8 AM - 5 PM)Perks:Opportunity to work at a leading cultural institutionCollaborative and dynamic work environmentPotential for growth and permanent hire
