The position involves direct client interaction, legal research, drafting legal documents, and negotiation. Manage a large caseload of Lemon Law and Personal Injury cases from intake to resolution.2. Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case proceedings.3. Draft, review, and ensure compliance of all legal documentation related to assigned cases.4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with regular updates and ensuring their satisfaction.5. Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and other team members to ensure seamless case progression.6. Utilize your negotiation skills to reach beneficial settlements for our clients.7. Ensure all case management activities are accurately recorded and updated in Filevine.8. Comply with all legal standards and regulations at all times.9. Liaise with insurance companies, medical providers, and other external parties as required.10. Participate in prelitigation processes, assisting in the preparation of cases for trial when necessary.Qualifications:1. Bachelor"s degree in Law, or related field.2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in case management, specifically in Lemon Law and Personal Injury.3. Proficient knowledge of Personal Injury Law and Legal Compliance.4. Proven experience in prelitigation processes, legal research, and legal writing.5. Exceptional client relationship management skills.6. Strong negotiation abilities.7. Familiarity with legal documentation and processes.8. Proficiency in using Filevine or a similar case management software.9. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage a large caseload and meet tight deadlines.10. Superior written and verbal communication skills.11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.12.
