This exciting opportunity is perfect for a motivated professional who is ready to take their career to the next level in the Accounting + Finance industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all accounting and financial aspects of a portfolio of properties, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. The role demands a high level of commitment, dedication, and an ability to work under pressure while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. Responsibilities:1. Oversee all accounting functions for a portfolio of properties, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.2. Conduct monthly CAM reconciliations and prepare detailed financial analysis reports.3. Utilize Yardi software to manage and track all accounting activities efficiently.4. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for each property.5. Coordinate with property managers and owners to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting.6. Continually evaluate financial performance of properties, identifying trends and making recommendations for improvement.7. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding property accounting.8. Collaborate with external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance.9. Assist in the development and implementation of systems and procedures to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the accounting function.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.2. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in property accounting, with a demonstrated track record of success.3. Proficiency in Yardi property management software is a must.4. Extensive experience with CAM reconciliations.5. Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).6. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with all levels of an organization.8. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.9.
