Provide comprehensive legal advice on a wide range of estate planning matters, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and probate administration.2. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support client cases and legal proceedings.3. Draft, review, and revise various legal documents, including wills, trusts, and estate planning documents.4. Provide tax planning advice to help clients minimize their tax liabilities and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.5. Offer strategic business advice to clients to help them make informed decisions about their businesses and investments.6. Liaise with referral sources, including accountants, financial advisors, and other professionals, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive client service.7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service.8. Stay updated on the latest developments and changes in estate planning laws and regulations.Qualifications:1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning, tax planning, and related fields.3. Licensed to practice law in the state.4. Strong knowledge of estate administration, tax planning, and business advice.5. Exceptional drafting skills and experience in drafting legal documents.6. Solid financial and accounting background.7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to interact effectively with clients and referral sources.8. Strong research and legal writing skills.9. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.10. High level of professionalism and commitment to client service.11.
