Representing clients who have suffered personal injuries in legal proceedings.2. Conducting comprehensive legal research to build strong cases.3. Drafting and preparing legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.4. Taking and defending depositions.5. Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients.6. Arguing cases in court and advocating for clients at trial.7. Keeping clients informed on case progress and providing legal counsel.8. Collaborating with legal staff to ensure effective case management.9. Staying abreast of current laws and regulations within the personal injury field.10. Upholding the highest standards of professional conduct and ethics.Qualifications:1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.2. Active NY License3. A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney.4. Proven experience with legal research and writing.5. Extensive experience with depositions.6.
