In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, assembling, and testing components to ensure they meet the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:Inspection: Conduct detailed visual and mechanical inspections of PCBs and other components to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.Assembly: Perform precision assembly of electronic components, ensuring proper alignment, soldering, and secure connections.Testing: Operate and maintain testing equipment to verify the functionality and integrity of assembled products.Documentation: Accurately document inspection results, assembly processes, and test outcomes in compliance with company policies.Troubleshooting: Identify and address assembly or quality issues, escalating concerns to the appropriate team when necessary.Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and production teams to meet project deadlines and achieve production goals.Compliance: Adhere to all safety, quality, and environmental standards set by industry regulations.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in electronics, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.Minimum of 2 years of experience in inspection, assembly, or manufacturing in a high-tech industry (PCB experience is a plus).Strong understanding of assembly techniques, including soldering, component placement, and wiring.Familiarity with inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and magnification devices.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Proficiency with basic computer software for documentation and reporting.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Interested in hearing more?
