What You Will Be DoingDevelop and implement treatment plans based on physician directionEvaluate clients' physical functioning in their homesCollaborate with clients, families, and other professionals to coordinate therapy servicesEstablish rehabilitation and maintenance goals and activitiesObserve, record, and report patients' reactions and progress to physicians and program personnelProvide therapy services to adult, and geriatric populationsEnsure compliance with regulatory standardsSkills You NeedLicensed and registered Physical Therapist in New York state, or ability to obtain Graduate from an accredited physical therapy programMinimum of 1-year experience as a physical therapist A car is required to be considered for the Brooklyn or Queens territory roles.
